Pine West is located on a tranquil residential estate located just off Highway 27, just a short drive from the theme parks. There are several golf courses within minutes of the villa.
Florida has a huge amount to offer for any age at any time of year. From a relaxing holiday reading books and chilling out on a golf course to the antics of the theme parks, you and your family will not have a dull moment from the time you arrive. It is all too easy to think of Florida as as the home of the Theme park and nothing else. During the many visits we have made to the area we have discovered lots of other amazing things to do from airboat rides through the swamps where you see real alligators not in tanks to swimming with manitee.
About an hour to the East you will find the Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful Atlantic beaches of Cocoa and Daytona. Drive west and within an hour's easy drive you can visit Busch Gardens or explore historic Tampa. Drive on further to find the Gulf Coast with its wonderful warm waters, beautiful silver sand beaches and great fishing in the calm waters of the Caribbean. The string of safe intracoastal waterways are great to explore when you rent a jet-ski or pontoon boat.
Shopping is really easy and convenient for Calabay Parc with stores like Walmart and a Mall within easy reach. However, if shopping is a more serious occupation and you enjoy searching for that 'Special Offer' or unrepeatable 'Bargain' then the Orlando area will be your fantasy come true. You can shop 'til you drop at the many shopping areas such as The Florida Mall and the amazing home of Designer Factory Outlets; Lake Buena Vista is literally just up the road at junction 27 on the I4.
The selection of shopping malls, markets, department stores and discount outlets is almost beyond belief. Prices are very competitive and usually extremely favourable compared with the UK. Everywhere there are restaurants and take away outlets offering every conceivable type of food at prices to suit every pocket.
